Still, it was a big kitchen and it functioned well, so we made it work.. It’s really only taken a few pretty minor and inexpensive changes to make it feel like a brand new room and this little cabinet project has definitely played a big part.

The Little Estate.A good no-bake cookie recipe is essential for Summer time isn’t it?It’s so useful to have in your back pocket for when that sweet-tooth makes itself known or for when you want to bring some treats to a get-together but don’t want to turn on the oven.I discovered a really great no-bake cookie recipe a couple of years ago.

It was perfect for us because it didn’t use peanut butter, which Kennedy hates and it was delicious. The only problem was that it was so delicious that once I made a batch and had them sitting in the fridge, I really couldn’t stop eating them.

You know how it is!.
This Summer I decided to make a few changes to the recipe so I wouldn’t have to feel so guilty when I grabbed another cookie every time I opened the fridge. There are a lot of bloggers who put countless hours into the work they do on their blog, but I’m not one of them.
I really am inspired by all of those ambitious bloggers who work from dawn til way past dusk every single day, plugging away, learning, growing, and providing so much value to their readers.I even think I might like to be like them when I grow up.
I’m totally someone who’s inclined to be just like them, only there’s just no way that’s going to work for me and my family right now.I’ve tried to squeeze in a little extra work here and there all day long, either while the rest of my family is out doing something together, or while they seem to be distracted enough for me to sneak off to my laptop, but I always end up feeling like I’m missing out on all the fun or worse, I feel like a terrible mother for getting annoyed when someone asks for a snack or wants me to come hang out with them.
